These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products from CH Restaurant Supply ("we," "us," or "our").

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone authorized to receive the merchandise is available where required.

Additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refused delivery, restricted-access location, or other customer-caused delivery issue may be charged where permitted by law and properly disclosed.

10. Inspection of Commercial and Bulk Orders

Customers should inspect commercial, wholesale, bulk, case, and local-delivery orders promptly after delivery.

If an order contains damaged products, shortages, incorrect quantities, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order number and supporting photographs when applicable.

Failure to promptly report an issue may make it more difficult for us to verify a claim, but nothing in this section eliminates rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because we sell disposable, sanitary, and food-service products, certain opened or used products may not be eligible for return for health and sanitation reasons.

12. Food-Service and Disposable Products

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold through our store are intended for ordinary commercial or consumer use consistent with the product's description.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended application.

Any product intended for food contact should be used, stored, handled, and disposed of according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable laws and regulations.

We do not guarantee that every product is appropriate for every type of food, temperature, storage method, microwave, freezer, oven, dishwasher, or other use unless the product listing expressly states that capability.
